Yellow-Belly Mourning Gecko
This morph sports a gorgeous bright yellow underside and an even tan body coloration.
Mourning geckos are extremely fast geckos that have very unique traits. They are parthogenetic which means all individuals are female and can reproduce without a male. Once populations get higher they display group behaviors such as chirping to one another. They have husbandry identical to New Calendonian geckos and are very easy to care for. Despite their reputation of being untouchable, our staff handles this species regularly and is more than willing to teach you how to do it successfully!
Due to this species being parthogenetic, they are sold per morph rather than by specific individuals. Individuals will anywhere between juvenile and adult sized specimens.The photo shown is just an example of what will be sent and individuals may vary.
Current Diet
All animals in our facility are on Aritonnic Diet and Calcium dusted crickets.

However, it is nearly impossible to guarantee the final adult coloring or pattern of a crested gecko. A gecko's color can change depending on mood, stress, and as it matures, It’s pattern can also change. As the gecko ages, possibly increasing or decreasing. A gecko can also develop spots over time. Please also keep in mind that colors can appear different from one computer screen to the next.
